We would like to inform you that we are continuing to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible although due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we may sometimes not meet our general dispatch timescales. 

We are adhering to government advise in relation to social distancing requirements, resulting in a smaller team processing orders.  We appreciate your patience and would like to reassure you that we are working as quickly as possible to prepare your orders in a safe environment.

We would also like to inform you that the carrier that we use (DPD) is taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of their drivers and our customers by operating a contact free delivery service so that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that is delivered.

Ireland (Northern & Southern):  Due to the introduction of new rules and procedures as a result of changes introduced by BREXIT, we are pending sales to both Northern and Southern Ireland until all necessary updates have been applied to our systems and processes. Purchase access has been temporarily suspended and will be uplifted once we are in a position to accept and fulfil orders.

Please note: Koreesa Ltd will not accept liability for lost orders if you have changed your delivery address AFTER completing the purchase transaction online or if you have advised to have your parcel  left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
