This is an isotonic, minimalist water-in-oil emulsion based on Japanese water-drop technology, in which the external oil phase encapsulates an internal water phase made up of ultra-fine droplets. The result is a matte-looking cream that feels light and cooling on application: the droplets burst and release water instantly, while the high-molecular-weight emollient in the oil phase stays on the surface, forming a breathable, non-occlusive lipid film that locks in moisture and prevents transepidermal water loss.
XS hyaluronic acid penetrates deeper than conventional high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, reorganising the extracellular matrix, reinforcing hydration at the dermal-epidermal interface and improving skin resilience. The minimalist formulation avoids unnecessary additives, concentrating on hydration, barrier protection and a comfortable finish suited to daily use or post-treatment protocols.

How to Use
- Apply: Use twice daily on the face and neck, massaging in with a light, gentle circular motion.
- Protect: Follow with Meso Shield 50 in the morning.
- In clinic: Apply to the face and neck with a light circular motion, then follow with Meso Shield 50 to protect the skin after a procedure.
Can be applied alone or layered under other serums or sunscreens.
