What is electroporation?
A needle-free method of transdermal delivery, and the alternative to injection-based mesotherapy.
How it's understood to work: controlled electrical currents, combined with vibration, briefly open micro-channels in the surface of the skin. While those channels are open, active ingredients pass through rather than sitting on top, which is associated with improved absorption and with the skin's own processes for repair and collagen production. The channels close naturally afterwards.
The handpiece takes a 5ml luer slip syringe with an adjustable driver, so the dose can be matched to the product and the area being treated. Molecules up to 800k Da can be delivered, which covers hyaluronic acid and the professional solutions in the Fusion Meso range.
