F-MESOMATRIX is for scars and stretch marks that are the wrong shape , indented, raised or textured, and for deep facial lines, including those around the mouth, which are the same underlying problem. Organic silicium and two growth factors encourage the skin to restructure and repair itself, while Centella asiatica supports the collagen work and calms redness as it goes. There is no brightening in this formula; where the mark is the wrong colour rather than the wrong shape, F-MELATRIX is the choice. A course is recommended.

How It Works
A scar or a stretch mark that is the wrong shape is a structural problem rather than a pigment one. F-MESOMATRIX works on that structure. Organic silicium supports the collagen and elastin framework, and two growth factors work on the cells that build it, EGF at the surface on cell renewal, FGF deeper on the cells producing collagen and elastin.
Centella asiatica is the addition that makes this the repair vial. Its two main constituents drive different collagen types: one supports the type I collagen of settled, mature tissue, the other the type III collagen laid down early in healing, and it calms inflammation alongside. How quickly tissue matures from type III to type I is much of what decides whether a scar settles well.
The same combination suits skin recovering from a resurfacing treatment, where it is being asked to carry out exactly this kind of repair, and deep facial lines including perioral, which are the same matrix problem on the face.
