F-XFC+ is the NCTC 135 nutrient complex with hyaluronic acid and growth factors added, so it restructures as well as feeds. It suits mature skin that has lost volume and collagen, where nutrition alone is not enough to recover them, generally the client from around 40. Supplying the nutrients and the growth factor signal in one vial allows the skin to act on both together. Results build over a course.

How It Works
F-XFC+ pairs a complete nutrient base with the signals that tell the skin to use it. NCTC 135 began as a cell culture medium, the kind of solution used to keep living cells alive and dividing outside the body, so it is built to supply everything a cell needs rather than to push it with a single active. It carries 23 amino acids, 18 vitamins, 4 minerals, 6 co-enzymes, 5 nucleic acids and 2 reducing agents: amino acids as the building blocks for collagen, vitamins and minerals that the enzymes assembling it depend on, and co-enzymes for the energy to run the process.
Two growth factors then work at different depths. EGF acts at the surface, on the renewal of the cells that make up the outer layer of the skin. aFGF acts deeper, on the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin. Hyaluronic acid works alongside them on hydration and fullness.
Supplying the raw material and the signal together is a more logical order than asking a depleted cell to respond to stimulation it has nothing to build with. That is the difference between this vial and the nutrient base on its own.
