How It Works
Three biotechnology actives work in synergy here. PDRN at 500ppm drives regeneration and supports collagen and microcirculation. Lactobacillus exosomes, nano-vesicles that communicate with skin cells to trigger repair, reinforce that signalling. And stabilised all-trans retinol at 0.03% stimulates new collagen, balanced with the lipid actives so it works without leaving the surface dry.
Holding them is a non-ionic lamellar phase at pH 5.5, emulsified with tribehenin PEG-20 esters, which releases the actives gradually rather than all at once.
The lipid system is what rebuilds the barrier. Isosorbide dicaprylate works on the skin's own water channels, moving moisture to where it is needed rather than sitting on the surface as a humectant would. Ethyl linoleate replenishes omega-6 and helps regulate sebum. Phosphatidylcholine restores membrane fluidity. Together they rebuild the epidermal lipid matrix, with octyldodecyl myristate giving the silky spread.

How to Use
- Apply: apply to face and neck with a light, gentle circular motion.
- Protect: follow with Meso Shield 50 to protect the skin post-procedure.
This cream contains retinol. Begin with once or twice a week and increase the frequency gradually as the skin adjusts.
Retinol can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight, so always apply a daytime SPF with UVA and UVB protection.
Tips
- A post-procedure staple: apply morning and night after micro-needling or lasers to accelerate recovery and prolong results at home.
- Layer over Exosomes Serum or ACN Corrector to optimise regeneration.
- Balances sebum and calms inflammation without clogging.
